Tiny Notes is productivity software developed by Dark Magic Studio. By using Tiny Notes you agree to the terms set out on this page.
1. Use of the software
The available free functionality can be used for personal note-taking and productivity purposes. This includes writing notes, tagging and organizing them, marking favorites, searching, and basic formatting.
2. Premium functionality
Premium software functionality may require a Tiny Notes Pro subscription. Subscription pricing and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Paid checkout is not active at this time. No subscription charge is made through this application, and no payment details are collected by Tiny Notes.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse or interfere with the software. In particular, users agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or damage the software or the infrastructure it is served from;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with product functionality;
- use the software in a way that breaks applicable law.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the notes you write. Dark Magic Studio claims no ownership over your content, and the application does not transmit that content to a Dark Magic Studio server. Note content exists only for as long as the page is open, so anything you want to keep should be exported before you close it.
5. Changes to the software
Dark Magic Studio may update or improve application functionality over time, including adding, changing or discontinuing features.
6. Availability and warranty
Tiny Notes is provided on an "as is" basis. Dark Magic Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
