Focus Flow is a productivity software product provided by Dark Magic Studio. By using Focus Flow, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
Use of the product
Users may use the available free functionality for personal productivity purposes. This includes the focus timer, session presets, breaks, the today overview, session history, and the daily focus goal.
Premium functionality
Premium functionality may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and applicable terms are presented before purchase.
Paid checkout for Focus Flow Pro is not active at this time. No subscription charge is made through this application, and no payment details are collected by Focus Flow.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the service. In particular, users agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt or overload the service or the infrastructure it runs on;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with product functionality or access controls;
- use the service in a way that breaks applicable law.
Product changes
Dark Magic Studio may modify or improve product functionality over time, including adding, changing, or discontinuing features.
Availability and warranty
Focus Flow is provided on an "as is" basis. Dark Magic Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Focus session information
Focus session activity shown by the application is processed in your browser for the duration of the page you have open. Further detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
